Community Needs Assessments

MACHC partnered with the Renaye James Healthcare Advisors to assemble MACHC’s 2021 Community Health Needs Assessments. By reviewing current health status, social determinants of health, and health outcomes, the 2021 assessments provide a foundation to inform ongoing strategic planning and partnerships. MACHC will use findings to support health centers as they expand access to health care and enabling services.
