Training & Technical Assistance

MACHC is the Primary Care Association (PCA) for Delaware and Maryland. PCAs are designated as the link between health centers, the federal government (specifically, the Health Services and Resources Administration) and state and local governments. PCAs provide technical assistance and training to health centers to improve operational, clinical, and financial performance.
