Health Policy & Analytics Manager
Delaney has five years of progressive experience at a community health center. Delaney conducts qualitative and quantitative research on a range of healthcare issues to inform MACHC's policy positions and advance data-driven analytics.
Shamonda Braithwaite
Deputy Executive Director
Shamonda has more than 15 years of policy analysis, program evaluation, and study design expertise. Shamonda leads critical topic areas, and supports daily organization-wide operational activities.
Charnay Patterson
Communications Director
Charnay has over ten years of communications experience across government and association-based organizations. Charnay develops and executes social media, website, and training advertisement strategies to support and promote the organization's overall mission.

Health Policy Analyst
Jay assists the team with a wide-range of research and data analytic projects. Jay supports MACHC's Emergency Preparedness and Operations Workgroups through agenda planning, researching relevant issues important to members, and writing meeting summaries.
