About the Event

Facilitators: Julie O’Shaughnessy, Dan Smith, and Amanda Saveikonis, The Huron Group

Healthcare organizations that demonstrate they can provide a high-performing culture, efficient operations, and collaborative working relationships will set themselves apart from the competition as a top employer of choice. While it is impossible to eliminate all sources of burnout, healthcare leaders can greatly reduce its detrimental effects by strengthening organizational operations and reconnecting the team to the mission, vision, values, and goals of the organization.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand why engagement, well-being, and resilience matters and how they can positively or negatively affect organizational performance
  • Discuss the most common factors that contribute to workforce burnout
  • Learn specific techniques organizations and leaders can adopt to reduce burnout and increase engagement and resilience across their clinical and non-clinical teams

Who should attend:  Senior leaders are encouraged to participate but all leaders are welcome!
