Clinical Hours Work/Leave Policy
Hello all,
One of our health centers has an employee who is requesting to complete his clinical hours for his MA certification with them. This means that his supervisor must approve him to miss roughly 15 hours a week of work in his current position. A policy will need to be developed for this and future employees in a similar situation. Do any of you currently have a policy in place for this that you are willing to share?
