Lunch and Learn: eCW Healow and Healow Mom Demonstration

MACHC will host a Lunch and Learn webinar featuring a live demonstration of the eClinicalWorks healow® and healow Mom® patient portals, with a focus on practical applications for FQHC care teams, including primary care and obstetric providers.

Participants will learn:

• The core healow® functionalities, such as appointment scheduling, secure messaging, access to lab results, medication management, and telehealth, highlight how these tools can support team-based care, improve communication, and reduce administrative burden.

• The healow Mom® application, emphasizing its value for OB providers through prenatal and postpartum care tracking, patient education, reminders, and care coordination for pregnant and postpartum patients.

• Strategies to encourage patient utilization.
