About the Event

Description:

MOAB training teaches attendees how to identify, prevent, and manage aggressive behavior through de-escalation techniques. Upon successful completion, participants will be able to identify stages of conflict, when an assault may be imminent, and how to respond to threatening situations.

**Limited space is available. Lunch will be provided.**

This course will be repeated in person on August 9 and virtually on August 16 for anyone who is unable to register.**

Who Should Attend:

All center staff are welcome. Patient-facing staff with increased exposure to aggressive behavior are encouraged to attend.
