This workshop will include: 

  • An introduction to Emergency Continuity Planning (ECP) within the BOLDplanning system

  • Time for ECP development

  • Instructions for additional data input, planning team meetings, and an estimated schedule for plan completion

  • Details about monthly Plan Maintenance Cycle (PMC) for ECP enhancement

  • Essential functions and interdependence to staff and vital records
