About the Event
Providing high-level customer service is critical in every health center. Advancing knowledge and skills are needed to meet and exceed customer expectations. This training is for health center employees at all levels. It covers the critical importance of service excellence in community health care, delves into how employees in every position can create positive outcomes and provides tools and strategies for making impactful customer service part of every interaction.
- Please arrive on Zoom 5 minutes early so that we can troubleshoot any connectivity issues and begin our program on time.
- Please join this training and stay connected on BOTH video and audio throughout this session. This highly interactive session is held through Zoom Video Conferencing and requires that you have a computer, phone or tablet with both audio and video capabilities, and that you stay connected with your video on. If you do not have a webcam on your computer, Zoom has great apps that will enable you to log-on through your phone or tablet. If you will be logging on in this way, please download the appropriate Zoom app for your device before the training.
- Each participant should join the video conference separately--one participant per computer. You will be working in "breakout" groups with other participants, and this requires that each person "Zooms" in separately.
- Please arrive prepared to stay engaged throughout this session (no multi-tasking please). This training is highly interactive and hands-on, and your active participation is needed. Arrive ready to participate in conversations, add ideas and ask questions!
