Congratulations to West Cecil Health Center in Conowingo, MD. On October 24th, 2011 West Cecil Health Center broke ground and began construction of its new facility. The new facility will give West Cecil the ability to offer many new services including Family Practice Medicine and Behavioral Health with room to expand services that include Obstetrics, Dentistry and an On-Site Pharmacy.
