Deitra is responsible for the development and coordination of MACHCs workforce recruitment and retention programs. She is also responsible for the management and coordination of all association meetings, educational training seminars and the MACHC Resource Center.

As the Director of Program Services, Bernadette is administratively responsible for oversight of program development, program evaluation and program administration for the association.  Mrs. Johnson also represents the organization at executive level meetings in order to establish key community contacts and connections which will enhance MACHC’s strategic priorities and position as a market leader.

Parker is responsible for conducting external analysis for community health centers, helping centers with New Access Points and grant applications, and conducting environmental assessments for Maryland and Delaware communities. 

Gabrielle Givens, MPH - Community Development Analyst

Gabrielle assists with the planning and implementation of various community health center development activities. She keeps abreast of new trends in health center marketing and communications. Additionally, Gabrielle establishes and maintains online communications with our members and the general public through mediums such as social media and electronic newsletters.

Barbara DeBastiani, RN, MS - Delaware Liason

Serves as liaison between Delaware MACHC members and MACHC administration.  Role includes advocacy, technical assistance, legislative tracking, and reviewing and sharing communications relevant to the Delaware centers. 

Candace Chitty, RN, MBA, CPHQ, LHRM – Director of Clinical Quality

Serves as Chief Clinical Consultant for MACHC and its member organizations in the areas of clinical services and quality management.  Candi’s role includes management and ongoing support of MACHC’s Clinical Quality Improvement efforts and developing technical assistance and training programs for Community Health Center’s that meet HRSA clinical and quality program expectations and reflects industry advancements.
