In addition to this commentary, MACHC held a meeting on October 24th, 2011 to present the key issues of the Financial Sustainability Advisory Committee in relation to the Health Benefit Exchange. These issues included budget, revenue, financial timeline, premiums, and determining an appropriate funding source. MACHC supports the general Exchange Financing Principles presented in this meeting.
