Description:

Responsible for identifying and securing new resources. Also plans and directs activities to solicit and maintain funds for special projects. Incumbent will develop internal communication that keep employees informed of company activities; develop and maintain the company's corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage; establish and maintain effective working relationships with local and government officials; establish goals for soliciting funds, develop policies for collection and safeguarding of contributions, and coordinate disbursement of funds; manage special events and other activities to solicit funds; write interesting and effective press releases, prepare information for media kits and assist with grant writing.

Qualifications:
|
Requires 4-year degree in a related field or 3 years of related experience; ability to establish and maintain collaborative, effective and productive relationships with key individuals; knowledge of fundraising and budgeting principles and practices; strong verbal, written and presentation skills; strong organizational and interpersonal skills; attention to details and ability to edit and proofread.
